Check-in after 20:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 35, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.
Check-out after 11:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 50 per hour, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.
A security deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Only guests named on the reservation will be allowed in the apartment. Visitors are not allowed.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag, hen and similar parties.
Please note the property is located in a residential area, and the property ask guests to refrain from excessive noise levels.
If the guest is not the card holder, then the cardholder must be present upon check-in to provide the card used to make payment along with photo identification.
Smoking is strictly forbidden. If this condition is broken a fee of GBP 250.00 will be charged.
No linen and towels are changed for reservations of 7 days or less. If your stay is 6 days or less you can request a linen change subject to an additional fee of GBP 35. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Suite 6, Laybourne House, Admirals Way, E14 9UH London. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
